efficient staffpoor soundproofing
The staff was efficient. Room service arrived promptly even with two large functions happening that wednesday NIGHT.
I encountered a problem with soundproofing. I could hear my neighbor's bathroom CLEARLY. It sounded as if i was sleeping inside it.

great locationcracked tileslimited soap
the location was really great with lots of public transport easily accessible. plenty was available to do within walking distance. the room was big and had everything i needed.
The bathroom had some issues. the tiles were losing their grout and cracked, i noticed. also, the shower ran out of soap in its locked-down pump pack (this was a bit annoying). there wasn't enough toilet paper available. I had to call for more.

I stayed in a two-bedroom suite with harbour views from the 13th floor. The location was ideal (a convenience store was next door!). The ferry, tram, and train stations were minutes away.
